Shipping

Items that are available and in stock will be so indicated during the checkout process. If a product is not in stock when you place your order, we will provide you our best estimate of when the product will be available. The availability information shown on our web site and provided by our sales staff is the most up-to-date information we have, but this information does not represent a guarantee or promise of availability.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation detailing your Sales Order Reference Number e.g. WFR12345. With this number, you can check the status of your order on-line by going to the My Account section of our on-line shop. (Data is updated at the end of each evening).

Shipping Methods

Depending upon the country of destination we currently offer shipping via UPS (United Parcel Service) and DPD carriers. All available options will be shown at the "basket" stage during the checkout process.

Your order will be despatched directly from our European Manufacturing Facility in Manchester, United Kingdom. Cost for shipping will be shown when checking out. If you are ordering items that are not in stock, please be sure to indicate if you would like available items to ship to you (partial shipment).

If you have an account number with UPS and you would like us to bill the shipping directly to that carrier in order to make payment easier for you, please be sure to provide your UPS Account Number in the appropriate field when checking out or creating your account.

Ship Times

Orders placed for in-stock items by 2:30pm GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) typically ship the same day as the order is recieved, unless credit issues prevent order processing. Estimated ship dates for export orders are advised by email after complete order review and approval.

All Shipping Charges to UK locations are flat-rated as follows (unless you provide us with your UPS account number during the checkout process):

Taxes

Value Added Tax will be applied to an order at the rate of (20%) if you are UNABLE to provide a valid VAT number or a tax exception certificate number.

The format of a VAT registration number is checked at the point you create your account to ensure it meets the following criteria, for further details on how to check your VAT registration number vist the Taxation & Customs Union:

International Customers

The OMEGA On-Line Shop typically ships products through out Europe. For international delivery locations (outside the EU), you will be quoted appropriate freight charges using UPS as the carrier.

For orders shipping to international locations you will be required to complete an export compliance questionnaire, this will be emailed to you during the order confirmation stage. Your order will then be reviewed for export compliance and you will be notified by email when approved.
